Vacation rentals with a firepit in Randolph County

Eric and Suzanne’s place is absolutely beautiful! Very spacious with lots of living areas to spread out in. I loved spending time on the sun porch with all the natural light and my kids loved the play room and the bunk beds. It was very close to the zoo and restaurants, which was perfect. We will be back next time we are visiting!

As a family of 6, we’ve stayed at many vacation properties. I would say this one is definitely in our top!! I am a bit picky when it comes to cleanliness and this home was squeaky clean! Every linen smelled fresh, every corner and window seal was clean. The place was also wonderfully stocked. Dianne’s place is honestly picture-perfect. She poured her heart into this and it shows. The photos don’t even do it justice. This host has thought of everything! Everywhere you turn, there’s a nice little surprise — from the towel warmer to the epsom salts, to the complimentary s’mores, and all the ambient lighting! We loved every aspect of our stay here and so did our kids. They especially enjoyed the yard. We will stay again. This is truly a hidden gem! Thank you!

Good location in proximity to the zoo. House was clean and easy to find. We had a lovely stay!

We had a great time staying at Cheryl's place. The place was very clean, smelled amazing, and had tons of accommodations for people with cats. She also had a lot of toys available to our kids, so this is a great place to stay at if you are a family traveling. The house is located roughly 10 minutes away from the zoo, and very close to other shops in the surrounding area. She was very responsive and easy to talk to. We recommend staying here, and we hope to be back in the future with our cat next time!

Michael's guest hour at Cellar Creek Farm was the perfect spot for a quick get-away for my family and me. The entire home was extremely clean and welcoming with nice homey touches in each room. Check-in was starightforward, and Michael was very quick to reply to my questions. The photos actually don't fully do justice to how spacious the main room felt. The friendly cows were watiing for us when we arrived. Two thumbs up for the Black Powder Smokehouse nearby, one of several local recommendations from our host. We would definitely look for this house again the next time we are staying in the Asheboro area.

This was a wonderful experience for us staying at this Airbnb. The description and pictures matched the actual house and property. Our Host was right next door and was super responsive and assisted us whenever we asked. On the first night, through no fault of our host, the internet went down. The host immediately came to the house and came up with a solution for the night and the very next day it was completely fixed. The house was so much better than staying in a hotel. We had plenty of space and room to move around. The beds, towels and the atmosphere was all first rate. Checking in was seamless with no problems at all. We would highly recommend this property and hopefully will be back. We have relatives in the area that we enjoy visiting and this was the perfect place to stay.

Great location and beautiful home. Close enough to Greensboro for an easy drive but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Great private stay in a beautiful woodland setting. Peaceful and exactly what I needed! Lots of books too which was a nice plus. Will absolutely stay here again next time in asheboro! It was close to the zoo too, less than 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous and the view of the river is second to none. Would highly recommend this stay if you need a break from the noise of the city.

Good stay though we weren’t in the room too much. Clean hotel style room with great front porch. Loved all the wood walls and accents, felt like a cabin. Equipped with everything we needed except tv was out of service.

Great stay to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday after a day at the zoo! The highlight of the night was a frog jumping onto his leg! A trip we will never forget and the perfect home to settle in for the night! We loved the yard games on the porch!

Lisa and Tommy was very responsive to questions we asked and their directions were spot on for getting in to their cabin. A wonderful private getaway for couples. Very peaceful and serene. The decor give you the feel of going back in time. WONDERFUL time spent here and memories made.

Most excellent cabin tucked away off the street. Very private and quiet. Surrounded by the wilderness, it’s hard to believe there are neighbors. Highly recommended.

One of the most peaceful and memorable getaways we’ve had. The cabin is cozy with a beautiful view of the pond, rolling hills, cows, and a second pond nearby. My wife, our son, and our dog Eevee all felt right at home. We loved walking the property, meeting the animals (especially the pigs, horses, and chickens), and just enjoying the quiet. On Easter morning we saw two wild rabbits and a pair of cardinals—such a special moment. Even had a bird visit us inside through the chimney and fly back out. Daryn and Skyler were kind, welcoming, and great to talk with. This land has a special energy and rich history, and we’ll definitely be back. Wishing them the best as they prepare for their first child!
