In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, the city's services are available a few kilometers away.

You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. The cottage has a fully equipped and up-to-date kitchen, a fireplace, three bedrooms, and a grill house in the yard. Your own wood-burning sauna is in the same building. The holiday cottage has its own beach. The equipment includes a rowing boat, a canoe, life jackets, and a SUP board. In the winter, it comes with one set of sliding snow shoes and two pairs of regular snowshoes.

Lykynlampi's outdoor area with disc golf courses is about three kilometers away.
