Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Rapallo

We 8 (2 families with 2 small children each) had a fantastic time in this wonderful house with a dream view of the sea!! The area is breathtaking, you can easily explore the Cinque Terre by train from Framura station. The hiking trails are well described and fantastic! The beds in the room are fresh and very comfortable, the bathroom is good and the wardrobes also offer enough storage space. The small village of Framura is sugar-sweet and offers one of the best pizzerias, a pharmacy and two small shops to buy the essentials. In short: we will be back, it was heavenly! :-) Caterina was always available for questions, very nice, uncomplicated exchange, thank you very much!

It was a fantastic place on our way through to enjoy this beautiful place in a nostalgic village with stunning views. Alessandro is a perfect host and it was fantastic to eat at his Ostaria. The cheesecake is too tasty😋. Our dogs also felt very welcome. It's great to have found this place.

We felt very comfortable in the small house in the mountains. It has everything you need - especially it is beautifully located. You have a great view of the mountain and absolute tranquility. Check-in with Loredana was very nice and straightforward - we will be happy to come back.

We thank Rita for her availability, hosting and kindness. We had a pleasant time in this beautiful area and were able to take advantage of Rita's many tips for restaurant addresses, how to get around as easily as possible, etc. The house with its garden, was just perfect and the place was very peaceful. We had a really wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this place. Francesca was a welcoming and responsive host. The house is majestic and the setting exceptional, time seems to stand still. The bedding is excellent and we found a very clean house. You will need a car to get around, the nearest beach is Levanto, which is a 30-minute drive away. Pisa and Genoa are 1 hour away, the Cinque Terre 30 minutes by Levanto (then take the train). We also swam in the river next door (5 min drive).

We felt right at home, Patricia was a delightful and generous host! The fact that we had a fantastic time despite the rain is good evidence for the greatness of the house: spacious, well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful design. Gracie Patricia, we hope to come again soon 🌺

Ideal accommodation for those who want tranquility, an area full of greenery in a very small village. I felt like I was quiet in a mountain cabin. It will have been the effect of finding the stove on and the vision of the fire has brought me back to the years of my youth. I only stayed for two days for work but if I could I would have stayed another day. Absolutely recommended, ideal for two. The only downside is that there is no coffee maker and maybe a few waffles available for guests.

Exceptional and Magical! Even better than the description because in addition to the breathtaking view, it also offers the most beautiful of the sunsets 🌞 Everything was there, a real paradise! Enrico is very responsive, caring and even accompanied us and helped us carry our belongings to the accommodation! We recommend this place 100% and we'll come back! Thank you for everything 🙏 We come home with memories full of heart ❤️

Mine was a nearly two-month stay so the details that may have shattered me at the beginning are actually completely irrelevant for short stays. The house is very nice. Elisabetta is a woman of great resources, maximum care for guests, great warmth and immediate efficiency under all circumstances. The apartment is very well cared for, some eccentric details that make it very unique and very clean. Equipped with every desired appliance. Beautiful dishes. Comfortable bed. Unique in, to be fussy, come from the noise of the street for those who are particularly sensitive. But I think the beautiful period fixtures will soon be adapted to the now too invasive traffic. A few more furniture that doesn't show up in the photos yet and that slightly changed the overall image. It's a place I recommend and a lucky meeting.

Incredible host and an incredible place to stay. The views were unbeatable and such a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. This was ideal for me and my husband! The host was so sweet and offered us some fresh lemons and oranges from her tree and the place was stunning. We also ate at the local restaurant and played tennis early morning at the neighborhood court by the sea and loved it. The house is a bit of a trek from the train station by foot (lots and lots of hills and stairs)—this was doable for us since we’re big hikers to begin, but if I came back with my parents I would definitely have to get a car to drive to the property rather than walk. Overall, lovely place to stay!!

We had an unforgettable week with the family. The apartment is in a great location and the views are simply breathtaking. Every morning, we had the chance to enjoy an exceptional panorama from the two balconies. The place is really peaceful, ideal for forgetting the daily stress of work. The apartment is well furnished and perfectly clean. The hosts were warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for relaxing moments away from the noise and pollution of the city. Fabio’s dedication to providing a warm stay for his guests really shone through. From personally welcoming us at the train station and helping with my wife’s luggage to his wonderful recommendations for Cinque Terre and the local town (which we followed exactly) - we had the most incredible time in La Spezia largely because of Fabio! The airbnb was secure, cosy, well equipped and well/conveniently located to plenty of amenities and the train station. Fabio took the time to clearly communicate all the instructions we needed for our stay when we first checked in. The check out storage was also a great plus point! Thank you again Fabio for one of our best airbnb experiences in Italy!

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying in Paola's apartment. We were treated with kindness and availability. We appreciated Paola's way of making us feel at home. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The sea view is a strong point. We had a garden with tables and chairs to relax. We can say that in the future we will consider coming back because it is rare to find such a beautiful location and impeccable treatment. Thanks again to Paola for making this stay wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location cannot be beat; 5 minute walk from the train station and the most amazing views. We visited all the villages in Cinque Terre and Monterosso was by far our favorite. The people, the restaurants, the laid back nature was exactly what we wanted. The train was not a bother at all; after the first night we didn't even hear it. The beds were both really comfortable, the bathroom was very large and the kitchen was the perfect size for us. I would say the couch was a bit uncomfortable but we didn't spend much time inside anyway. Fabrizio gave some great local recommendations as well and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.

an extremely cosy and restful place with a truly helpful host. the way up the hill has its specific instructions which is not difficult at all, especially with a bus stop right in front of the place. Monia is helpful, responsive, and gives great recommendations. the apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for me especially having to wake up early the morning to work.

We had a wonderful stay at Irma’s apartment. She was very communicative and answered all of my questions right away. The location of the apartment is very convenient and the train station is only a few minutes walk. Very clean and spacious. Free parking is available about a 7 minutes walk from the apartment. I would note there are stairs up to the apartment, if mobility is an issue. We had a great time and I highly recommend Irma’s apartment.

We stayed with Paolo for a week and felt super comfortable. For a group the house is perfect, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the garden and pool are beautiful. Paolo is a very very nice host and was always easily accessible and helpful.

This home was exactly what I was looking for to make great memories with family. Here, three generations could have plenty of space in incredibly beautiful setting. Very tasteful and inspiringly decorated. Everyone had separate bathrooms, all decorated in personal and beautiful way. large kitchen where we could cook together and eat either on the terrace or indoors in the evening. The view from the terrace and all the bedrooms were incredible. Mans saw the sea the city and mountains on the other side of the bay. I recommend having a car as it is a good distance from the city and also high up in the mountains. WE are grateful that we could rent this beautiful house with a lot of history.

Large elevated villa with two terraces with beautiful views overlooking Lavagna and the sea. Very nice, clean, tastefully decorated. Barbecues and garden tables enjoyed. Parking in a plot below. We wish we could have put the car in the inner square yet available. A few bowls/dishes are lacking in dishes.

Enjoyed our stay in Elisabetta’s beautiful villa. It was a great experience to stay there.

Alberto is very welcoming, at our service, present and discreet. The house is beautiful, in a small mountain village, on the heights overlooking the sea and the small perched villages. 4 terraces are at our disposal depending on the sunshine. The interior of the house is very warm and very comfortable. To be recommended.

Stefano is by far, one of the best hosts! He was engaging, warm, kind, and informative. He greeted us upon arrival, describing all the things to see in the area and made us feel welcomed & at home immediately. He gave us excellent dinner recommendations. Ristorante Nonna Nina was amazing! With only two full days in town, our options were limited. However, Stefano fully explained the ferry schedules along the coast and told us not to miss seeing Camogli! He was right! It was spectacular! Portofino was beautiful too, of course. On our second morning Stefano even brought us some locally made focaccia bread, which is one of the specialties of the region. The onion flavored was a big hit. There were six of us traveling and we all wished we had more time to stay here. The view of Camogli from the back yard is unbelievable. We also wished we had the opportunity to see the sunset, which would have been amazing for sure! You won't be disappointed staying at Rustico VIP! Stefano is awesome!

We had a great time in this house, which has a crazy charm. Nothing is left to chance in the decoration. The cleanliness is impeccable. Gio is a perfect host. We'll definitely be back next year!

We were 3 generations, so really enjoyed the space and comfort of the house. There is not much to add to all the nice things previous guests have said about this lovely old house in a lovely place. Ivo is a delightful and very interesting host. The house is beautiful and beautifully maintained.. Be aware that the roads throughout the mountains are steep and narrow; also the coastal resorts are very busy, with parking a challenge. We took the suggestion and went to the Cinque Terre by train for the day - driving there would have been impossible! There's lots of good hiking in the area, including exploring from the door, and we did several others using Alltrails. We all loved our stay.
