“Karl and Sandy were amazing hosts! Their place was spotless and they have literally thought of everything you could possibly ever need, plus some! We thoroughly enjoyed the views of the lake and the mountains, as well as the park, and all of the trails throughout the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend their place to a friend- the only thing to keep in mind is that the space is on the bottom level so you do hear footsteps (which they mention in the description). Amazing place with amazing views!”
You pull through a private gate into over 1.5 acres of fenced park-like property. Our hideaway is a private, one bedroom suite that has a shared entry access. It is walking distance (less than .5 miles) to City Park, less than 2 miles to downtown and about 1 mile to the edge of the Colorado State University campus.
“Julie & Thomas's place is like coming home every evening and feeling like you are truly at home. They provided wonderful amenities so I could grill a meal outside and make good food inside too. I loved having a kitchen table, work desk area, cozy living room and an enormous cozy bedroom and bathroom. The couch makes into a bed if I wanted family to stay. The option to heat the bathroom floor was spectacular for me in Feb! They made check in and out super simple. They have extra parking spaces for when I had my daughter and her boyfriend over for dinner. They are great Airbnb super hosts!”
ALL RACES AND GENDERS ARE WELCOME IN MY HOME. Two bright rooms in charming owner-occupied 1910 Old Town cottage. Five blocks to CSU, seven blocks to Old Town. Private entrance from back patio with fountain, extensive gardens. Shared bathroom. Wi-fi. Owner, one cat and a small dog live here. No outside pets permitted. Infants are welcome, but otherwise no children under 13, as my rescue dog Arlo is afraid of children.
“This sweet little cottage is a wonderfully relaxing place to stay when you are in Fort Collins. Lisa is a welcoming, enthusiastic conversationalist who gives you the amount of privacy you prefer. There's a cozy and roomy bed, a delicious cup of am coffee awaiting you when you arise, and a lovely private garden in which to collect your thoughts and enjoy natural surroundings.”
