Hello and welcome, Along the Bay of Lübeck or at the in-house lake in the beach chair on our lake terrace, the fresh sea air blows your mind free and lets you quickly forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our centrally located apartment is located between the beautiful Baltic Sea and the cultural capital of Lübeck. Both destinations can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Hiking trails and popular cycling routes are right on our doorstep.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Niendorf was originally a small fishing village, which belongs to Timmendorfer Strand. Fishing boats still enter the Niendorf harbour and fresh fish is sold. The pier offers a beautiful view of the Brodtner Steilufer and wonderful sunsets. The apartment for 2 people with sea view and balcony is directly on the other side of the street. The apartment is about 62 sqm and bright & sunny. It offers a view of the vast Baltic Sea with sailboats.

For families, golfers and beach lovers – right by the sea and golf course Our apartment is quietly and idyllically located on the Brodtener Steilufer, only about 50 m from the free beach. The main beach can be reached after about 750 m via the promenade. The well-maintained residential complex in the Hanseatic villa style offers the ideal starting point for walks with a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea all the way to Niendorf.
