Nur einige Kilometer von der Ostseeküste entfernt, findet man den kleinen Ort Warnsdorf der Gemeinde Ratekau. Der Ort liegt an der Ostseite des Sees inmitten der typischen Holsteiner Landschaft auf halber Strecke zwischen Timmendorfer Strand Niendorf und Travemünde.

An all-round lovingly renovated idyll on the Baltic Sea in a large natural garden. A real dream property - very quiet and yet only 100 meters from the village square in Warnsdorf. Pure country air and sea air around the corner: Five minutes' drive from the beach in Travemünde and the lovely fishing port in Niendorf. 15 minutes to Timmendorfer Strand - a small but fine unique place for nature lovers. Ideal for couples with two (or three small) children. Of course, dogs are also welcome.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Hello and welcome, Along the Bay of Lübeck or at the in-house lake in the beach chair on our lake terrace, the fresh sea air blows your mind free and lets you quickly forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our centrally located apartment is located between the beautiful Baltic Sea and the cultural capital of Lübeck. Both destinations can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Hiking trails and popular cycling routes are right on our doorstep.

Als Teil eines 2 Familienhauses bildet diese Wohnung ein zwar kleines, aber gemütliches Apartment. Auf insgesamt 35 qm befinden sich eine Wohnküche, ein separates Schlafzimmer und eine geräumige Dusche. Durch das Schlafsofa ist eine Benutzung auch zu dritt möglich, wir empfehlen aber nur 2 Gäste. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück, gegen Kostenbeteiligung kann auch die Wallbox zum Aufladen des Elektrowagens genutzt werden.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The public transport takes you to the beaches and to Lübeck. The apartment has its own parking space, small garden with terrace and its own entrance. Near Niendorf Baltic Sea, Brodtener Steilufer Cozy, very bright 3-room apartment with large roof terrace and beach chair with wide views over the fields 1.2 km to the beach, footpath about 15 minutes, bike less than 5 minutes. In a secluded location Parking, Wi-Fi and laundry included. The apartment is not barrier-free. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep.
