Just an hour away from Des Moines, this is pure midwest heaven! This vintage fish cabin has it all….. full kitchen and bath, antenna TV, electric fireplace etc. Stocked pond with fishing gear included (no live bait) 2 paddleboards, rafts, and Baby Bass boat with motor! Beautiful serene place to escape to relax or have fun! Firepit and barbecue grill make for perfect evenings to relax and unwind! Can sleep up to 4. Note: the lofts beds are true lofts, ceiling height above mattresses is 4 ft.

Make memories at this simple, cozy, unique and family-friendly place. Our studio log cabin with a loft is perfect for a family of 4 just wanting to spend some quality time unwinding in nature. Cooled by a portable AC not central air. Semi private man made Lake access, beach time, kayaks, row boats, fire pits, bbq and a whole lot of relaxing. All of this located one mile from lake Rathbun! Keep your early morning eye open for our resident Heron as he likes to spend time in front of cabin #4!

Make memories at this simple, unique and family-friendly log cabin. 5 cabins are nestled around an 6 acre lake. On 180 acres one mile from lake Rathbun. The cabin is cooled by portable AC unit not central air. While with us swim/kayak or use our small row boat or fish in our stocked lake. We have a beach that quests can use, volleyball net, fire pits, and access to horses and trail rides (**rides are ran seperate from the cabins) on property.

Make some memories at this simple, cozy, log cabin. 1 of 5 cabins nestled along a 6 acre pond that is stocked. 180 acres to explore and hike. The pond has a shared beach for sand play and laying out. We have a sand volleyball area, and kayaks for the guests to share. The studio cabin has a queen bed downstairs And a full bed upstairs in the loft. A stocked kitchen, private charcoal grill and private fire pit for each cabin!
