We offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated cottage for exclusive use. Alpine cosiness meets modernity here. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. generously designed apartment on the 2nd floor of a converted old farmhouse,with pine and larch woods. one must like old floors with corresponding joints in the woods. the view goes over the small village of Obervellach into the nearby mountains, where winter and summer many sporting activities will allow you relaxation,relaxation and excitement. the apartment is generously laid out, with a large living and kitchen area where plenty of space invites you to linger.

Penthouse in farmhouse & 2 sunny roof terraces

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Wonderful mountain hut experience in Nassfeld

A dreamlike, rustic ski hut in the middle of the Alpine paradise Nassfeld - one of the largest and most snow-sure ski areas in Austria. In winter, you strap on your skis directly from the hut to the piste next door or sled down the toboggan run, which is also right around the corner. In summer, you will discover idyllic hiking routes, mountain bike trails, via ferratas, mountain lakes and waterfalls. Relaxation and unforgettable experiences are guaranteed!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Mansarda Cjandus

The attic consists of an open space with a very high ceiling and two bedrooms built under the roof. It is bright, extremely welcoming - also thanks to the beautiful light wood floor -, pleasant in all seasons: in spring and summer for the warm outdoor light, filtered by the roof windows and the balcony; in the cold season for the charming fireplace with open fire and the view of the snowy meadows.

The apartment consists of kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is independent and has an independent entrance. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house. It is located inside the house where we normally live with another family on the upper floors. The common areas (courtyard and stairs) are usable but for non-exclusive but shared use.
