Fantastic location. Exactly as described. Extremely comfortable 1 week stay for my family.

This house was fantastic for our family gathering and could accommodate our large group perfectly. The location is awesome and walking distance to James Street, Howard Smith Wharf/Felons Brewery, the Rivercat and so much more. Access was a breeze and Fiona was prompt to respond to messages. I highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again.

Shepherds Rise was even better than we anticipated. The house was so well equipped and spotlessly clean. Sally welcomed us personally and it was a pleasure to meet her. I would recommend Shepherds Rise to anyone. Royalene

Kate was a fantastic host! We booked her home for a few employees who were working nearby. Due to changes happening on site, we had to make amendments to our booking. Kate was so understanding and helped us massively with changing the dates around for us. She couldn't have been more accommodating!! The employees were happy and had no complaints during their stay. We would definitely book again if back in the area. Highly recommend. Thanks again Kate! :)

We stayed here before my wedding and it was perfect. Light, airy and super clean, it was the best spot to prepare for the big day. Air con in the lounge was great, all windows had screens and all the amenities were clean and fresh. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for having us!

Kathrin's place was perfect for us to stay in whilst visiting Bribie Island for a family reunion. We absolutely loved being in a quiet area directly opposite the beach and walking distance to cafes and shops. The property had everything we could need for a short stay and was very comfortable. We were very disappointed that our visit was so short and would definitely consider staying there again. The house does have lots of stairs so may not be ideal for the elderly or very young children but there are bedrooms, bathrooms and a living area on both levels so a multi-generational group could still make it work.

The house is in a perfect location across from the park and beach and amazing sunset views. The house is huge and was great for six of us as it had bedrooms and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern. The beds were very comfortable. It was great to be able to take our dog with us and had a good sized backyard for our dog. We had an amazing stay and had a relaxing holiday. I would highly recommended Darrin's place and can't wait to visit again. Darrin was a great host and very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The host made our kids feel like mini farmers, involving them in caring, bathing, feeding, and leading the horses - the things you don’t get to do every day (or any day). She’s incredibly warm and energetic. She shared her knowledge of the local area so we found other great places to visit. She makes the stay exceptional. It also helps that the location is beautiful and relaxing. I recommend this place completely.

A fantastic stay with everything we could have wanted and better … Tammy was extremely lovely and so helpful, from local recommendations to getting us settled quickly and efficiently. House and host so friendly and above & beyond expectations. We stayed for swimming nationals and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge between events, also really close to Brisbane Aquatic Centre … could not recommend highly enough, will definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to get availability!!! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS AIRBNB WAS AWESOME !!! The host ( Mark was very approachable & professional ) The cleanliness ( you could eat off the floor) The location ( walk to most places) , The comfort ( beds , sofas ,outdoor patio ) The security (to get into the building & the carpark) And all the little extras ( original artworks throughout, yummy Tim Tams , extra pantry items ) ... Definitely a top notch apartment . We will be back

We loved staying here and the location was perfect for visiting family nearby. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed using the pool! Sharon and Claire were amazing at keeping in touch. Their communication is excellent and we wouldn't hesitate in staying again in the future. We liked the the nearby Everton Plaza just a short drive away where you will find supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday. The house was very clean and well organised and the surrounding property was large enough for everyone to relax and take time out as well as spend time together enjoying the common areas. Kathleen was a joy to deal with from the start. She was always prompt in response and so, so friendly. The property was as described. I was fooled a little as I expected a separate bedroom. The bed, sofa bed, kitchen and dining area are all in one space. The bathroom is separate. I take full responsibility for this minor error of judgement. The location was excellent for our requirements, a short drive from all amenities, shops, take away etc. The area is quiet and away from the hustle, bustle of Brisbane.

Great location close to all amenities, description of home very accurate, outdoor area around pool had the loveliest plush lawn, perfect for our grandson to run around on, very private in back yard. Had extra granny flat attached to the home, although we did not utilise it, would be helpful for a larger family or grandparents, nice host to deal with. Overall had a nice relaxing break.

The townhouse was just as described and in a very quiet and serene location. The amenities available were excellent and we felt right at home. Lucy is an excellent host who is very responsive and goes above and beyond for her guests. Thank you Lucy for a tranquil and relaxing stay!

The property was exactly as described and was perfect for me as I have two granddaughters living close by who loved being able to visit grandad. I enjoy walking so each morning it was very relaxing to start the day with a brisk stroll along the foreshore area. Everything that I needed was available in the townhouse. I walk 20,000 steps daily at the moment so at the end of a long day, the generously sized bath was a welcome sight. A wonderful holiday.

Even though we did not get to meet Roxanne, she was a great host. Communication through the App provided all we needed. The place was beautiful and clean, with a great kitchen. For us the location was perfect. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at Janette’s, we felt right at home. It’s a beautiful home with absolutely everything you need and although we didn’t need anything Janette had thought of every thing and her home is fully stocked which was amazing. Would definitely stay again
