City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). By car in about 5 minutes. We live with our children in the house. We are happy to help with questions, tips and a chat.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". It is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, dining, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via ladders and require surefootedness. Mattress sizes: 2x90/200 and 2x90/195 New type of house with a high level of energy independence. Direkt an Feldwege, Wald und Wiesen gelegen, bietet unser Apartment Ruhe und Komfort, Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren und Erforschen, und genug Platz um entspannt zu wohnen.

Need some time out?

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in a 90 sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

In the approx. 35 square meter vacation home you will find a special, warm atmosphere and can simply escape the stress of everyday life. The spacious terrace and the unique view of the Steinbach Valley has its own charm in every season. The cozily furnished cottage invites you to feel good and relax.

Der Eigenhof liegt in der Nähe von Schwäbisch Gmünd, der ältesten Stauferstadt. Viele historische Sehenwürdigkeiten in Rems- und Kochertal sind schnell zu erreichen. Die absolut ruhige Lage am Rand des Naturparks Schwäbisch-Fränkischer Wald sorgt für Entspannung. Wer Sport machen will, kann sich direkt vom Haus in Wald und Wiesen austoben. Wir freuen uns auf Familien mit Kindern, Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Die Lage am Ortsrand, der herrliche Fernblick über’s Schozachtal und Zabergäu, einzigartige Sonnenuntergänge, ein großer Schwimmteich zur Mitbenutzung und eine luxuriöse Ausstattung machen dieses Domizil zu etwas Besonderem. Gerne teilen wir mit Euch dieses schöne Fleckchen Erde. Unser Wohnhaus befindet sich auf demselben Grundstück, wir sind sehr offenen Menschen und freuen uns, wenn unsere Gäste sich wie zu Hause fühlen.
