The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

Two sleeping places are located in the 1.6 x 2 m double bed in the bedroom. Up to two more people can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room (1.45 x 1.95 m) In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket and a bus stop with good connections to Bergisch Gladbach and Cologne.

Bed linen, towels, pillows, and blankets are included. The modern kitchen features an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a toaster. Additionally, a washing machine with an integrated dryer, an iron, and an ironing board are at your disposal.

There are parking spaces on the street for those arriving by car. Public transport can be reached in the immediate vicinity.
