Your apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and the 2,000 sqm natural garden. You enter the apartment through a large wind trap that delimits the hallway in the living area with another door. On the right is the second bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (a total of 3 beds). Next to it the main bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and large sink, all bright tiled. Opposite you will find the dressing room with a gigantic fitted wardrobe. Through the hallway you pass a storage room into the main living area. A bright, modern, fully equipped kitchen-living room with 4-burner ceramic hob and 2-burner gas hob, oven, large refrigerator, modern dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. invites you to cook together, comfortably. A generous „collection surium“ of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and other kitchen accessories is also available. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table (extendable) for up to 8 people. Live cooking is therefore guaranteed. :-) The living room is also integrated into the kitchen and offers a very cozy atmosphere with 2 sofas, satellite TV (48 inch LCD TV), hifi boxes for iPhone/Android/iPod (beastly loud and with rich bass). Speaking of cozy: A fireplace is also at your disposal. And if you are not attracted to music and television, we also have a few board games available (chessboard, etc.) The cosy master bedroom with extra shower room and toilet is located in the back and has a very, very back-friendly double bed with metal-free slatted frames, new, continuous mattress. If you can't fall asleep, or you don't want to get up, we have a 32-inch TV connected to a satellite. Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are also available in the laundry room on the ground floor. You can also „air dry" your laundry in the laundry room. Table, chairs and barbecue are available on the terrace and invite you to relax in the evenings. Campfires in the garden are also possible! In the back of the garden there is a swing for the little ones; or not quite as small ;-) Since this is a dead end, we hardly have any car traffic here either! Location ====================== Your apartment is far from any hustle and bustle. Right behind the house begins the forest that you can explore for yourself. Whether on foot, on horseback, on bike. In the morning you are awakened by the birds. Or the cows. If you like, you can still drive to all Ruhr metropolises (Cologne, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Bochum, Essen, etc.) within a maximum of 60 minutes by car and have access to the world there. For example, you can go exploring via the train station in Oberbrügge (about 8km). The regional train will take you to Dortmund Central Station. From Marineheide (approx. 18km) another regional train will take you to the Cologne main train station. Activities ==================== In addition to exploring the forest, you can also enjoy a number of activities for bad weather days. The nearby Lüdenscheid (approx. 19km) has all the shopping, sports and cultural facilities your heart desires. Located between the cities of Cologne (45 km) and Düsseldorf (40 km), near Solingen and Wuppertal, the apartment is perfect if you are traveling professionally and prefer to live a little quieter.

Very quiet, idyllic apartment in Hückeswagen

We are very quiet and idyllic on the outskirts of Hückeswagen/Remscheid-Lennep, in a residential street, right by the forest. Bed linen, towels and very good basic equipment are of course provided. The Bergische Panoramasteig for hikers is right outside the front door, as well as the entrance and exit to the Bergische Panorama bike path. Pets are very welcome by arrangement and for a fee (10 euros/night/animal).

Landhaus Purd

The house is rented exclusively to one or two adults. The former hunting lodge from the 1920s has been restored with preferably traditional building materials. This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology. Occasional private use - therefore personally furnished.
