Room/private bathroom in a modern shared apartment

Comfortable and modern accommodation. You will spend the night in the room of my small apartment, which has an internal bathroom and closet. The common areas are shared with the host, including the bathroom on an occasional basis or by strict necessity. Check-in will be between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, Sundays from 8:00 pm, however, I will always try to adapt to your needs, there is room for flexibility. In the months of June, July and August we can take a dip in the pool of the Barrio.

This is not a tourist rental. It is rented temporarily for work, teaching, or leisure purposes. Conveniently located in a well-connected area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. It is close to museums, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the 203 Airport Express bus.

Old construction house, ideal for resting if you are traveling or to get to know the Alcarria. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen and living room, ideal for four/five people. By some stairs a little steep one goes upstairs, where there is another bathroom (with a hot tub), a bedroom with a double bed and another with a 120 cm bed. From there you can access the attic by the wooden stairs (see photos), in which there are two 90 cm beds.

Our space is clean and disinfected following the advice of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Designer apartment in the historic center, to discover on foot everything that the city of Miguel de Cervantes has to offer. “El Horno” is a totally independent house in the center of Irueste, a small town located in the Alcarria, just over an hour's drive from Madrid and 25 minutes from Guadalajara. It has a large living room with a large fireplace. Comfortable armchairs and a 1.6x2m sofa bed. The kitchen with table and breakfast bar connect the spaces. On the top floor, a cozy bedroom and separate bathroom.
