  • Guided Meditation with Sleepy Sheep
This a a live, "interactive podcast" with Hamish, Dougal, and Lochie the sheep. Although they’re naughty sheep, this peaceful experience in our farmyard will help you to relax with de-stress techniques and meditation. Great for groups as a shared experience. Please contact me to request a new date for team offsites and celebrations. 1900 guests, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes- these are famous sheep! We look at stunning Scottish views , big skies and peaceful birdsong then meet the sheep up close with their big personalities . I will tell you some sheep stories, and you can ask me questions. Please use the chat to engage with fellow guests or for team-bonding.These baaaad boys have appalling table manners, sorry! These lovelies come right up to the camera for snuggles. It is very calming to become part of the flock and to look into the half-closed eyes of a contented sheep. We’ll take a cue from these cuddly boys, learning some therapeutic breathing exercises to relax and virtually escape to the calm of our farm. Beccy or yoga instructor daughter Rivkah will lead a 15-minute mindful meditation with the sounds of nature to soothe you. We'll teach you some de-stress techniques to use in your daily life and for remote working, then tiptoe away before lamb Fergus starts shouting for more cuddles A relaxing Scottish escape with hilarious Herdwick sheep. • Ebike ride in Loch Lomond with picnic
*MEET AT LUSS PIER NO REFUND IF MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE* Within Loch Lomond National Park we meet in the quaint but busy village of Luss, at the start of Luss Pier and I give you an Ebike, a map and a chat about the area, safety and the route. Hop on and use the West Loch Lomond Cycle Path and pedal assist away from the hustle and bustle and take in the beauty Bonnie Banks! Cycle 5.4 miles to Firkin Point where I will meet you and set up a Scottish cheese picnic - using produce from the local farm shop. Sitting underneath Ben Lomond, with views over Loch Lomond admiring the wildlife - what a perfect way to spend an afternoon! You then cycle back to Luss admiring the scenery to cover a total of 10.8 miles. Other things to note Ebikes are less about physical exertion and more about the assisted pedalling helping you take the scenery. I don't accompany you on the bike ride but meet you at pre-arranged points along the way.

  • Glasgow Cathedral- Bring up the Bodies
For all History Buffs: The Old Burying Ground is a unique Flat stone Cemetery. My tour consists of visiting various Lairs in the Old Burying Ground surrounding Glasgow Cathedral, the oldest (c 1560) Burying Ground in the City, where I illustrate, with the aid of their images, the lives of those interred and by so doing show how they reflect the history and development of the City of Glasgow from late Mediaeval times to the present day . Alternative: If the weather is inclement then an internal tour of the Cathedral can be provided (depending on availability) at no extra charge. I am a Volunteer Guide at the Cathedral and eminently qualified to provide his tour also. Other things to note The Old Burial Ground is grassed, sloping and needs to be walked with care in wet weather. Footwear with square heels is recommended.

  • Tea with Naughty Sheep
Feed and stroke gorgeous Herdwick sheep. Good fun for groups, great for couples. You will enjoy a traditional tea in the garden looking at our panoramic views. Our hilarious pet sheep will come and join you for cuddles and a bit of naughtiness and trying to eat all the wrong things.. When you have finished your home-made cakes , you will take the sheep to their barn and give them their tea and a goodbye stroke. A special feeling.. If we have new lambs there might be the chance to give them a bottle of milk too. You will enter the secret world of sheep- a wholesome joy! Covid measures in place. Please book 2-6 places and be household aware. Hens will come to see you too. Animals are unpredictable and untrained. Bring a sense of humour and a camera. Please don't film and feed at the same time- they like your full attention and I will ask for some phone-free periods to experience the Mindfulness of your new flock. Masks will be worn to arrive and I ask you to respect distancing, so please connect through chat and smiles. Responsible, cheerful and safe! Please cancel with as much notice as possible if you have symptoms. I recommend walking from the village to the location, 25 mins but you can drive the rough stone farm track of 1k. This is an outdoor experience in the Trossachs & Loch Lomond National Park. Dress warmly and ready for quick changes of weather
