Cozy guest house in quiet location in Ratzeburg

Lovingly refurbished detached house with 80m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a leisurely weekend or a tour of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: approx. 25min to Lübeck, 40min to Schwerin, 45min to the Baltic Sea beach or 50min to Hamburg City.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

GDR bungalow in new splendor

GDR bungalow in new splendor, very quietly located perfect for a little break. On the yard live a cat and 4 chickens. The Dümmer See can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike or about 30 minutes walking distance. Benches and a small swimming spot invite you to dream. Schwerin can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The Baltic Sea is about 1 hour away by car. A penny and a country bakery are only 6 km away in the neighboring village. Bakery also open on Sundays.

Modernly furnished holiday home with its own sauna (by coin-operated machine), fireplace and rowing boat in the summer months . Whether balcony or terrace - they always have a wonderful view of the water. In the living room with underfloor heating is a large flat-screen TV, in one of the bedrooms also 1 flat-screen TV. The holiday home 'Small House on a Field' is located in Rehna and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. This 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and induction cooker, 2 bedrooms(the 2 beds in the children's bedroom can be separated to create 4 sleeping spaces) and 1 bathroom, as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

The house "Lieblingsplatz" is part of a small ensemble of 4 vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

Relax in this unique and beautifully located place. Here you can actively explore nature on forest walks and bike tours, swimming in the nearby lake, or relaxing in the hammock in the large fruit tree garden, by the crackling campfire under the stars. If it gets cold and uncomfortable, a sauna house is also available on request.

On the outskirts of the old town, in the shade of the cathedral towers, on the upper floor of our boathouse is our lovingly furnished, Scandinavian-style holiday apartment. Enjoy the tranquility and tranquility right on the banks of the Trave here in the center of the city.
