Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

Fantastic villa that has everything you need😍 Beautiful large garden with barbecue possibility and an outside terrace. Several seats and lounging options. A stunning pool, sauna, and hot tub. We were there in April and were able to use the pool wonderfully. In the villa, every room was particularly modern and beautiful. Enough space for everyone. It was so well and clean everything. The hosts were extremely friendly and warm♥️ and deserve more than 5 stars ⭐️ The best decision to book this place😊👍

The house, pool and setting is idyllic. It makes for a very relaxing family holiday by the pool, but is also a central location for exploring Istria, a scenic historical region. There is a large open plan kitchen, diner, sitting room, with pool table. There are two outdoor eating areas, one with BBQ. Two downstairs bedrooms, one downstairs shower room. Two upstairs bedrooms, both with en suite showers, basin and toilet. One upstairs bedroom has a small balcony for sitting. There is another larger upstairs balcony with two comfortable sofas, my favourite nook. Pool is warm, some floaties supplied. Garden is large, colourful, has sand volleyball area, slide, outdoor shower. There was a supply of toilet paper, kitchen roll, cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, hand wash, laundry products, oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, flour, sugar, coffee filters. Gordana was a great host, responded promptly and resolved issues with one AC not working, fuse tripping.

We were received in a very friendly manner by the whole family. Very attentive, nice but not intrusive hosts. The place was very clean and everything your heart desires was there. Beautiful walks with the dogs in the area possible, otherwise location well suited to explore many places in Istria (usually about 30-45 min drive).
