Es verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem Backofen, 4 Gas-Herdplatten, Spüle, Spülmaschine eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine sowie einem Toaster, Wasserkocher, ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Ein Grill steht ebenfalls für Sie bereit. Das Badezimmer ist umweltgerecht ausgestattet mit einer Trockentrenntoilette.

Cozy room overlooking the countryside Our guest room on a private floor offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. It has a 140cm bed and a nice seating area overlooking the countryside. The private entrance and free parking provide additional comfort. The private toilet with shower is a little older but clean and functional. Guests can use the bbq in the garden. Welcome to the idyllic municipality of Lutzenberg in the hilly Appenzellerland. The small former Wöschhüsli is surrounded by green meadows and trees. The cozy cottage impresses with lots of charm and simplicity. A special highlight is the stream, which flows through the property and gives it a relaxed atmosphere. Whether those seeking peace, nature lovers or those interested in culture – everyone will find their retreat here.

Large house with plenty of space

The house part has 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds, one double bed. 2 sofa beds for two people each 3 baby beds and in addition a small mattress storage in the open screed. The small modern kitchen is located in the lower area. The game room is right next door. Outside in the seating area there is a grill and a fire pit where cozy evenings are spent.

flat with 3 bed and 1 bathroom and kitchen. you can park your car/bike on the property for free. Next bus stop is "Oberriet Oberdorf". There is a gas station/shop nearby. The AirBnB is in conveniently located to the highway exit Oberriet. You have WLAN but no TV. The shady orchard including fire pit is ideal to spend some time during warm summerdays.
