Un chaleureux appartement vacances à deux ponts !

Logement paisible à 10 min du centre-ville de Zweibrücken. Idéalement situé, il offre un cadre reposant, parking gratuit dans la rue; nécessaire standard pour se sentir bien. Il est adéquat pour un séjour détente, que ce soit seul/famille, et une connexion wifi. Il dispose d’un salon équipé d’un sofa convertible en lit, d’une chambre avec lit double, des armoires , une cuisine équipée avec le nécessaire et une salle de douche. Actuellement des travaux de rénovation de façade, juste temporaire.

Liebevoll geführtes, kleines Hotel in bester Innenstadtlage. Mein Haus liegt ca. 12 Gehminuten vom Dom-Hauptbahnhof. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Christophstraße/Mediapark liegt 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ich biete begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr, Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich. W-Lan ist im gesamten Haus kostenfrei nutzbar. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsaufenthaltsraum.

Diese trendige Unterkunft bietet viele charmante Details. Du hast hier auf ca. 30m2 eine eigene abgeschlossene Wohnung. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, einer Pad-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Tee und Kaffee werden die zur freien Verfügung gestellt. Der Flughafen und die Messe sind nur 4 km entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle 100 Meter und der LIDL 120 Meter entfernt. Vor dem Haus hat es 6 kostenlose Parkplätze.

Témoignage du passé, elle a conservé tout son caractère : poutres apparentes, pierres chaudes de Gaume, mécanisme d’époque… Autant d’éléments qui racontent une histoire. Rénovée avec soin, elle marie aujourd’hui authenticité et confort moderne, dans un esprit chaleureux pensé pour le bien-être à deux.
