Vacation rentals with a patio in Rhone-Alpes

Excellent stay, location just 10 minutes from the train station many restaurants including the small Vietnamese catering restaurant and a small Japanese restaurant on a small street above as well as the other local shops everything is within walking distance. Thanks to Kevin who was very responsive to messages. If the fencing competition is again in Valencia next year, we'll be back.

My sisters and I had a lovely 5 day stay here. It was really clean and perfect place to explore the French alps from. We especially enjoyed eating pastries on the balcony in the mornings. Perfect place to stay.

The apartment is conveniently located and very functional. The A/C and pool are perfect for summer. Recommended.

Small cozy space ideal for 2 people. The big pluses are: the private patio, the private and secure garage, the cleanliness of the space. The city center is a short walk away, the visit to Vichy can be done on foot. We had come for a French Championship at Parc Omnisports de Bellerive-sur-Allier, it is about ten minutes by car from the accommodation. Finally, I particularly appreciated Pascale's kindness and responsiveness to our requests.

Perfect apartment, matches the photos. Close to the center. We were at night late and in the morning, no need to cook but very well equipped. The most pleasant is the parking space booked. We will have to come back and without hesitation we will come back to your place.

We spend a very nice week in the Region. The house is optimal for a Family with two kids. From the house you can easily start hiking or start your trips to the wineyards. But you need a car to get to the house as there is no public transportation connection and the street is quite ascending.

This house has been renovated to a very high standard with many beautiful features. The beds in particular had lovely linen and were very comfortable. A few minutes walking to everything in the town. We really enjoyed the private terrace in the sun and the seating outside to enjoy a coffee on the morning. Thank you for the stay.

Very welcoming host. Very quiet and peaceful corner (so much that there isn't really any network coverage). Spacious accommodation even for a couple with two children.

We had a wonderful time in Burzet. Eric was an available host and concerned about our well-being throughout the stay. The location of the house is ideal, the river is just around the corner. The house itself is beautiful! Well-equipped, spacious, super nice. In addition, the rooftop offers a perfect place to relax. Burzet is a welcoming and super nice village for a vacation that rhymes with rest and nature.

It's a clean, quiet, spacious and tidy apartment in a quiet small town with great view. As advertised. Door difficult to find but instructions are clear enough. I would have liked four single bed instead of two single bed and one double bed, Personally I think the pillows are too thin. Kitchen is well stocked. Personally I would have liked a bigger kitchen table. Host answered quickly to check and provide extra items. Satisfied.

We were able to enjoy four days in Julian's home with our two kids. The accommodation is impeccable , placed at the back of the estate , clean, has everything we need, appreciable and quiet. A Portal is only a few meters away to go for a walk easily and this is a real plus! It is possible to go to Vallon Pont d 'Arc and several places without having to take vehicles. The pool was much appreciated by our kids . We will not hesitate to return to the bottom during our next weekends in Ardèche.

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

Charming functional studio. Very nice terrace and beautiful garden with the river below. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Small but perfectly formed - I was skiing in Courmayeur and the drive to and from the apartment was fine, the parking is brilliant especially if it snows overnight, and the apartment is ideal for 1/2 people, warm and equipped for cooking.

The studio is very clean and well kept. Essentials are present. Hosts are available. Note: narrow and steep stairs to get to the studio. We recommend if you want to stay at Le Puy.
