This property is absolutely gorgeous inside. Fantastic location one minute from the beach 10 minutes from the train station. The property was clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

Accommodation near shops, restaurants and especially the train station. The proximity to the station makes you hear a lot of trains but you end up getting used to it. Our host was very responsive when we had questions and especially gave us very detailed instructions for check-in , departure, bus schedules, restaurants. Very available host.

Very nice accommodation, bright, crossing, well exposed, very clean, very comfortable bed. Well-equipped kitchen, ample storage, outdoor equipment available. Reserved parking spot below nearby. Perfect for a couple.

This apartment continues to be one of the best airbnb experiences we have had. We now came twice and will be back for sure. Spacious, clean, fabulous host, in ideal location, walking distance to the center, but also in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended especially for a larger family looking to stay in Santa Margherita.

Fantastic location with a bus stop right outside, was able to get the shuttle bus to Riomaggiore in 10 minutes and avoid the crowded trains from La Spezia. Gloria in the shop across the road was very helpful with recommendations for day trips. Katia also provided fantastic recommendations for local spots that were less crowded.

We had a great time at the Olivio! Surroundings is quiet and beautiful. Great view from the window to the garden and village. House belongs to Villa Unis. Each house has its own large garden section. Despite the communal pool, we fortunately had it to ourselves. The house is smaller than expected, but was just right for two adults and a three-year-old child. It was very clean. The walking restaurant is highly recommended, as is the location. Kata was always easily accessible. Because we liked it so much, we have extended our vacation there. Thank you very much - we would come back again!

A great experience thanks to Paolo and Valeria! First clear instructions, then a spotless and spacious accommodation (we arrived after a big day of travel and were very happy with our arrival "like at home"). Then, great tips!! Paolo and Valeria advised us on activities and places to visit around the Spezia, which greatly improved our experience. They are also very warm and friendly!

Marco is a great host (very nice and caring, responds very quickly and takes care of things immediately). The accommodation is "new" and modern, surrounded by a very well-kept garden. We stayed here 10 days to explore the "5 Terre" with our Vespas. We liked it very much. From Levanto to PortoVenere everything is just a stone's throw (20-45 min.) and the trip there is an experience. We highly recommend it.

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

We had a great weekend in the space. Mirko is very available and on site we were greeted (even late) by Domenico who gave us some good advice. The space is as described and has beautiful views of the mountains. Both bedrooms are spacious and both equipped with bathrooms. The bedding is wide and comfortable. I recommend it without hesitation!

We had a wonderful time at Francescas place. The Check-in was really easy. Francesca was very welcoming and communication worked out perfect even with a small language barrier. Her dogs are carming and on some evenenings she even cooked us a delicious appetizer. We had a great time, thank you so much Francesca.

Debby was a warm and responsive host. She sent clear instructions for self check-in and parking, which made our arrival very smooth. Having a private parking spot was a big plus—especially after struggling with parking in Bologna. The fee is fair and worth it. The unit is attached to the host's home, clean, nicely equipped, and comfortable. The mattress was a bit soft for us, but we still slept well during our two-night stay. The garden shown in the photos is shared with the host and another guest unit, which we didn't fully realize at first—but it didn't affect our stay at all. The location is convenient if you're exploring Cinque Terre by train and arriving with a car. The walk to and from the train station is a bit long, and at night it can feel less comfortable—something to keep in mind. Debby was kind and thoughtful—she even left us a bottle of wine and helpful local tips. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The apartment makes the best use of the available space. Very equipped kitchen, utensils, pans, pots of good quality. Comfortable beds, double bathroom that for us was fantastic! location 1.5km from the beach where the competition was held. We had a very good vacation with our 10-month-old son. Everything we needed was present in the apartment. Furthermore, the view was super nice, you are in a very quiet place. Christina and her family live there too, but you have plenty of privacy! Road to unpaved the last 200 meters, which is especially challenging for your car but this also went fine. Very nice quiet place to cinque terre, Portovenere, lerici etc. To visit! Had a great vacation! Communication with Christina very well, she responds within a short time and helps you with questions.

The place we stayed in in Lerici made us want to buy a similar one for our future vacations. Very well cared for house, in the heart of Lerici with attached comfort in terms of proximity to everything you may need. Directions from Fabrizio (owner) very clear and then the great plus of having a private garage because Lerici will be beautiful but in terms of public parking there is little or nothing. Basically, we didn't have any issues. Congratulations to Fabrizio.
