Sara was a great host. We had a great stay and enjoyed all the house had to offer. We would love to stay again.

We celebrated my birthday weekend, it has been on my list of things to do to go to Nashville and Lisa's place allowed us to be near the big city but also tucked away on the quiet lake. If we didn't have plans I'm sure I would've had to had been dragged away from her sweet pups! Bandy Resort is everything described and more! We will for sure be booking her again!

I really love this place it was clean and beautiful. I just wish the jacuzzi got more hotter other than that it was a great stay! 😊

The house was very accommodating. Was bigger than I was able to envision from the pictures. I would definitely recommend and would come stay again. Hosts were very responsive to all questions.

Place was clean and private, everything worked and the pool was great to take a dip in between the activities we had planned. We are planning to take another trip next year and will absolutely be getting a hold of u again.. we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, thanks again!!!

Our stay was excellent! Alex was quick with responses and was in action in a timely manner! The beds were SO comfortable and the place was large - it would have been great to enjoy the pool (it was winter lol). Something to mention is that if you are a light sleeper, the highway noise at night might be too much, but we had no issue with it - it was our version of white noise! 10/10!

We stayed here for a birthday trip and it made our stay so much more memorable. From the downstairs game room to the heated pool and hottub to the views from the private baloncy this house's amenities make it worth the money. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. I was bummed there are no TVs in the bedrooms but the beds are the most comfortable I've ever been in with using Airbnb homes so it made up for that! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. Overall clean appearing but could use a good deep cleaning for the OCD person like myself. There are minor scuffs and "splash/liquid" spots on the walls and doors, the ice maker needed to be dumped and cleaned due to fruit flies in the ice and there is mold buildup on the fridge's water dispenser. The sinks had black gunk on the spouts from overtime buildup. I travel with clorox so I gave them quick clean. Overall loved my stay, love this house and if I ever come back this will be the place!

The location is the best in town. Walk to restaurants and blissful tranquility. The home is cozy and plenty of room for the guests. Located in the Fatherland District makes it a short drive to downtown Nashville. The best place in town to spend a vacation.

This is a very nice place and the host is very accommodating. I had to check out early as something in the home with affecting my breathing, but Steph was very accommodating. It is a lovely home, there is not much around the area within walking distance so you definitely need a car. If you are a large family looking for a place to hang out while in Nashville, away from the hustle and bustle, with a beautiful backyard, this place is great.

Cleanliness is is huge priority for me and this house was exactly that! Exactly as described and in a great location! Highly recommend!

Comfortable beds. Great location and neighborhood. Easy communication with hosts.

A lot of close by food options that were very good. More subdued neighborhood that put me at ease. Just a short 10 minute drive from downtown and 15-20 minutes from the airport.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The location was good for quick Uber rides to downtown area and the house was just the right size for our group of 3.

Stayed at Rick a Candy’s beautiful home with several of my immediate family as I was attending my daughter’s wedding! They are awesome hosts and everything was in order and exactly as described! We all felt right at home and it was great that we were all at one place. It made the entire long weekend more memorable! Would certainly recommend this home for a family gathering and the locations near Vanderbilt University and close to downtown was very convenient for us to get around!

Location was great. Close to downtown. Close to Vanderbilt. Comfortable and spacious. Owners were prompt with responses to questions.

Anita’s place is exactly what we needed. It was clean & comfortable! The fenced yard was a perk for my dogs! Thank you. It’ll be awhile before we’re back in town. But I will definitely reach out if we need a place to stay!

Great clean place with plenty of space. Location was iffy but only 12 min from downtown. Mary is very responsive and helpful!

Great place for a large group of people. Close to downtown and quick Uber trip. Plenty of room in this place for adults and kids. Marty and Crystal were very helpful and communicated very well. Had no issues. I would definitely recommend this home again for our Nashville visits!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed in with my family. The house was adorable. Lots of spaces to hang with my family. My daughters LOVED the movie room that had curtains they could close and pretend they were in a real movie theater. We also loved and utilized the hot tub every day. The backyard was a great size for the girls to run around and play. A couple yard games were provided and sports balls to play with. There was also a firepit with lots of firewood available and smore fixings as well. The neighborhood was also very quiet with friendly neighbors. A walking trail was VERY close to the house that we explored often. This house was also very easily located from the airport, downtown, shops, restaurants, etc. i would highly recommend. Lastly, the host was awesome and very kind and responsive throughout our stay.

The home is huge, well equipped and in a great location in East Nashville.

The Red House is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a Kroger market close by. The house is close to the airport which is a plus for an early morning flight. It did take us about 25 minutes to drive to downtown but we enjoyed being away from the busy downtown. Terje was always available to answer questions.
