This quiet Cottage is an easy 2 minutes to I-26. Bedroom #1 - KING Bedroom #2 - (2) TWINS Space #3 - QUEEN Cozy and private sleeping space converted from a large storage area. Wi-Fi is strong and fast. Televisions in every room. Helpful items for babies and children. Kitchen has full-size appliances and is fully stocked. Ice cold air conditioning, warm heat, and steaming hot water - all new! Bedrooms/bath are on the 2nd floor, using gently sloped stairs. Larger vehicles are welcome.

The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

We are just 20 min from Downtown Summerville, 30 min from the Charleston International Airport and 5 min from shopping and dinning. The barndo is located on a large 5 ac. tract. 🚭 Zero tolerance policy for smoking/vaping on the property, even outside. We appreciate your respect by not booking/requesting/inquiring our place if you or any other guests are smokers. Also, due to allergies, we cannot accommodate animals of any size or kind. This listing is for the main house only, the detached guest house is a separate rental. 3/26: There is some land clearing going behind the property. Although visible from the back yard, no guests have said it affected their stay.
