The inviting deck overlooks the leafy Hiscutt Park with water views out to the Bass Strait. It is an easy short 5 minute walk to the town centre. Holiday makers staying at Penguin are well positioned for day trips to Cradle Mt, Stanley, Launceston and Burnie.

We're located up a gravel road on the north west coast, you won't find any other tourists here. Soak in the wood fired tub, under the blackwood tree. Cosy up to the wood fire, roasting marshmallows in your star Gazer yurt. A comfy queen bed and a backyard of adventure, its a Tasmanian version of luxury camping.

'Mistover' Farm Cottage & Galloway Stud

'Mistover' is a 32 hectare property with pasture, bushland, creeks, dams and plenty of space for your pets to run! It is home to Galloway cattle and long term resident Jonesy, the English Pointer, who loves visitors! The accommodation is a two storey, 2 bedroom, self-contained stone cottage with open fire place and private balcony. 'Mistover' is situated along the Murchison Highway, 20 kms from Burnie/Wynyard Airport and is on the doorstep of the Tarkine Wilderness!
