Ideal for a vacation with 2, max. 3 families or small groups. House on three floors, space ideal for 8-10 people (in exceptional cases max. 12). On the first floor, there is a common living room with a kitchen block and a large table as well as an additional lounge with a sofa bed (thus usable as a 5th bedroom). On the 2nd floor, two large triple rooms, balcony, floor shower and two toilets. On the 3rd floor, two double bedrooms, balcony, shower and toilet. All rooms with washing facilities (cold/hot water).

There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The apartment Catrin, renovated in September 2025 and featuring a sauna, is located on the 2nd floor of a house in Ried im Zillertal and is the ideal holiday accommodation for up to 16 people. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 12 adults and 4 children. Both in summer and winter, the accommodation offers the perfect starting point for mountain adventures.
