We felt right at home at Giardini degli Ulive. Anna was very welcoming and helpful with her suggestions. She is a responsive host that enters into relation with discreteness and it was a pleasure getting to know her and her family. The house is very sunny, bright, clean and its location ideal. It is a beautifully restored old house, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The grounds are large and well maintained, in a secluded location but still close to facilities in Civitella del Tronto and Villa Lempa. The swimming pool is large and kept clean. There is great walking and cycling from the house and nearby, and beautiful towns and villages such Civitella, Campli and Ascoli Piceno. Ombretta was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house is looked after day to day by Luciano who is a charming and helpful man. A great place to stay and hoping to return.

Nice house with a dream kitchen 😍 Hosts are very nice and good to communicate with. Located in a quiet street but good location to explore the surrounding villages and beaches by car.
