Monthly Rentals in Ripe

Really enjoyed our time here. The space felt larger than it had looked from the photos and the garden aspect and birdsong exceeded my expectations. Very clean, quiet and comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. A fantastic location to get away from it all and a great base to explore the local area - Seven Sisters cliff walk, the South Downs, the delightful village of Alfriston and Lewes.

We had a lovely stay here, my partner was doing a weekend course at Sussex Green Woodworking and this was a perfect place for us to stay, just 4 minute drive away. The location is peaceful and beautiful, and we enjoyed having coffee with the noise of horses and chickens nearby. Nice restaurants nearby, would especially recommend Poco Wine about 15 mins drive away. Would definitely be back to explore more of the natural beauty in the area.

This is a lovely modern & spacious 1 bedroom barn, suitable for couples. The kitchen is particularly well equipped with modern gadgets including an air fryer & coffee machine. It is right out in the countryside, with views towards the South Downs, so you definitely need a car, to go anywhere. Not far from the coast, either. It is very peaceful, & outside, almost all you can hear are birds singing! Susan was an excellent host, & responded promptly to any little queries we had. Really enjoyed our stay there!

We loved our stay! Paula was a fantastic host and kept in regular touch ahead of our check in. She left us a welcome pack of scones and homemade jam and made us feel very welcome on arrival. The house was beautifully presented, very clean and everything was easy to find. Paula provided a cot for our youngest and was very flexible around our check in time. Also went to the effort of posting my little boy’s toy which he left behind. Beds were very comfortable and the peaceful setting was lovely. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!
