Monthly Rentals in Risdon Vale

We had a very short stay, but wish it could’ve been longer. It was perfect for our little family of three, parents and bub. A beautiful laid out and decorated place with everything you need. Lauren and David tried to help us in any way possible to give us a comfortable stay.

Really beautiful place with a gorgeous view from the deck. Even though it was only 20 minutes to Hobart cbd, you were still out in a rural area which made it very relaxing. One of the best stocked AirBnBs I’ve been to with so many great amenities! Sue and Steve were also really lovely and thoughtful. E.g. we were flying in quite late, so Sue had the heater and outside light on ready for us.

We stayed at Neil & Vonnie's place away from the main roads and up on the hill, but an easy drive from Hobart City. It was cosy but had everything we needed with nice little touches that included pantry and kitchen basics as well as bathroom toiletries. The fit out was fairly new and modern with all kitchen and bathroom and laundry amenities in good working order. Vonnie welcomed us on arrival and gave a comprehensive explanation of the ins and outs of the property. There was a nice big back yard with native wildlife visitors every now and then. Highly recommended, would stay there again.

Definitely great bang for your buck! a peaceful location, close to the water. the room was peaceful and cosy. It felt like home. Loretta was extremely friendly and helpful. I especially loved being treated by the cute, friendly ragdoll cat, who loves being petted. I can't recommend this place enough. I will definitely want to stay again when I return to see my family.
