The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 m²) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dining area for 4 people. Nice sofa bed for 2 people and fireplace. The house is equipped with sauna, toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi. Air heat pump that regulates the temperature in the house, and floor heating. The residence is 50 meters from a low-traffic road. You have 1.5 km to restaurants in Tällberg, and 500 meters to Siljan. There are nice walking paths in the forest, along Siljan.

The cottage, or Bagarstugan as we call it, is located on a beautiful valley farm surrounded by a wonderful garden. Here is miles of views and peaceful location in the small village Utenåker about 6 km from Rättvik city center. Rättvik is wonderful both in summer and winter. During the weeks of the sports break, there is access to most ski slopes. Rättvik's slalom slope (6 min), Orsa Grönklitt (60 min), Bjursås ski centre (20 min), Romme (50 min). Nice cross-country ski trails and a plowed ice rink on Lake Siljan when the ice has settled.
