No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

The Tiny Chestnut is located in the middle of Salt Lake valley in a quiet neighborhood. It sits beneath the chestnut tree in the backyard behind the main house. As a brand new build, the house is clean, modern, and fully furnished to help your stay be more comfortable. The WiFi is very fast making remote work and streaming easy and doable. Swing on the porch and enjoy this peaceful and centrally-located home in a safe, wonderful family neighborhood. Make meals at home or enjoy a variety of close restaurants or fast food options. This home has recently been completely remodeled and all kitchen appliances are new. The bathroom is completely new. It’s close to I-15, shopping, Adobe and Silicon Slopes tech companies.

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.
