Balcony has amazing shade in the afternoon and has a great view including a view overlooking the pool/hot tub area. Property also has a gym, a dry sauna, a pond that you can fish from, a gazebo, a car rinse area and parking for boat trailers (7 day maximum). This condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator.
