Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Rochester

This was one of the best neighborhoods I’ve stayed in with an Airbnb. It was beautiful and close to everything we needed! Sonam was very responsive, home was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Jaymi’s place. We have family in Rochester so we weren’t at the house a lot, just to sleep and take showers. It was perfect for my family of four plus my parents. There were enough beds and towels for all. When we arrived back home I was met with a message that seemed accusatory. Jaymi asked if we unplugged the WIFI and disabled the electric lock to the front door. We didn’t do either. No one ever connected to WiFi and we would never disable a lock on someone else’s home, or even know how to. When we would lock the front door while leaving there was a red flashing battery on the top, we did take notice of it because it was as if the battery was going dead, we even joked about it locking us out. I’m positive that was the issue, but was taken aback at the insinuation. Jaymi said that the internet provider was doing updates, but made no mention of the lock again. I want others to know that if you see an issue, communicate it, so you aren’t seen as the culprit.

We arrived when a large storm system was predicted. When we booked, we did not consider the benefits of having an airbnb with a basement in case of a weather emergency and a garage to safely store our car. As it turned out, the bad weather missed us, but the property gave us peace of mind. The appliances were all in working order and the water was hot. The bathtub was new, clean, and very comfortable. The fenced in yard was a plus as was the proximity to Mayo. We rested and slept well in Boa's home. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return in the future, if it's available. The beds were especially comfortable & the clean bed linens smelled so good. The reclining furniture in the living room was a great feature to return to after a full day of appointments at the Mayo.

This is an excellent house. Walking around the pond is very nice as well as great walks through the neighborhood. The house has lots of nice features and amenities. It is an easy drive to Mayo. Highly recommend staying with Joy.

What a special home and comfortable environment! Our family stayed in the home during a medical procedure at Mayo. We could not have found a better host to help us navigate and care through our recovery process. This is a well accommodated home, peaceful and part of nature. We appreciate all of the flexibility and lovely environment.

Your home was the perfect place for our recent visit to Mayo Clinic. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog and the access to the walking trails was an added bonus.

Great visit to a great little City. Pool was open and clean - which the kids loved. Felt nice and clean and newly remodeled.

The Berkman was the perfect home away from home while at Mayo for several weeks. The amenities are fantastic, especially the dog run. It was helpful to be in walking distance to appointments yet also have secure parking and shuttle options. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making a long stay so comfy!

Great place! Great views and very comfortable for our group of 8. Provided room to be together and space apart for individual quiet time if desired. Well appointed and well taken care of. Beau was very responsive, accommodating, and super friendly! This is our new go-to spot when visiting LC. Definitely recommend!

My family stayed at this property while we attended a wedding. The property was perfect and the neighborhood was safe and close to restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great little home. Convenient location, very clean, has a garage and fenced yard. We did not have our dog with us but loved seeing several nearby (and met a friendly neighbor with her dog). This place is not fancy but met all our needs. Denis was responsive and thoughtful during our entire stay.

Clean, quiet, comfortable place. Close to the Mayo campus which made walking to appointments possible. Elizabeth was very good to answer our questions or give needed info.

We felt at home and had everything we needed at Brandon’s house. The park next door had a nice small town feel and we wished we had our pickleball equipment as the tennis courts were perfect for a quick game !

WOW-A FANTASTIC 3 wk stay to welcome our 1st G-baby. Jon had absolutely everything we needed. A well stocked kitchen to cook each meal-every pot, pan & seasoning. Delighted by the policy inviting guests to leave unused items & happy to replace what we used. We LOVED the large dining table-allowed our family to gather for dinner & games. Huge open living space, lots of towels, easy use blinds & comfy sofas upstairs & down. Perfect space for our 2 remote workers to spread out. Our pup loved the fenced yard & we were thrilled to find a Poop scooper & bag dispenser attached to the outside stairs-Jon thought of everything! It was HUGE to park in the attached garage 🥶-20. Great walks in the peaceful neighborhood where families take pride in their homes. A nearby walking trail is perfect for any season. Super close to groceries & shopping. Easy, short rides to Rochester Athletic Club (2 miles) & Mayo (10 min). We HIGHLY recommend Jon's place - you will not be disappointed! We'll be back! ❤️
