Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

In one house there is a kitchen-living room, living room and toilet and in the other house there is a bedroom, room and bathroom. Cozy private south-facing garden with table, benches and garden chairs. Free parking is available in front of the house. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Hvidovre station and 30 minutes to the center of Copenhagen by train. There is always organic coffee in the house

The apartment is in inner Nørrebro with the lakes and the vibrant Nørrebro life close by. In the apartment is a bedroom with double bed and large balcony, living room with deep sofa where a 3rd person can sleep, bathroom and kitchen. You can easily explore and experience the Copenhagen culture in Nørrebro, Østerbro, by the lakes and in Fælledparken, which is within a 10-minute walk. You'll also find many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and take-away options nearby. There's a bus right outside the door and a subway close by.

Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 8 and 12). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 5 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
