Home was as described, beautiful with plenty of room. Peaceful and plenty of privacy. Pool was amazing! Emily was great a communicating and answered all our questions promptly.

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

Great place for a family getaway in Panama City. Four bedrooms with two master suites gives the home a great setup. Close to tons of restaurants, fun activities, beaches, and a great grocery store (Publix). Nice pool in the backyard as well.

We had a wonderful vacation in Florida and were lucky to stay at this beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully everything was arranged—down to the smallest details. It truly felt like a five-star hotel: spotless white towels, beautifully folded and plenty of them, including beach towels. The interior design of the house deserves the highest praise—the designer really did an amazing job. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and even a variety of spices, which made cooking a pleasure. We had a fantastic time and are already planning to stay here again in the future!

This was a spur of the moment trip for us to see family that live in the area. I was able to get a reservation quickly. Carrie made the process so easy and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Any questions or concerns we had she answered very promptly. They made us feel that we were at home. Home was clean and all linens were spotless no stains or tears in them. They had shampoo/conditioner etc. in the bathroom. All kitchen utensils/cookware was available for our use. Great place if you have kids with the pool and game room or just adults needing to get away from it all. Door dash and Walmart delivery make it so that you don't even have to leave the property unless you just want to go special places. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Amazing stay! Private beach for the building, restaurants within walking distance or very short driving. Grocery store nearby as well. Kitchen is full of dishes and cookware and makes it easy to eat at “home” a few times. Gorgeous view of the beach from any room! Will definitely book again in the future.

Place was very nice and clean. Outside patio was a great place to hangout. Close walk to beach and short drive to restaurants and stores.

Absolutely perfect location. Bert’s place is so cozy and clean- I extended 2 days because I didn’t want to leave.

Nina’s place was great! It is right across the street from the beach and so much to do near by. We only were at the bnb to sleep. Would definitely go back!

My girls and I enjoyed Michelle’s place. It had a beautiful view. Small and cozy, but had everything we needed for a short stay at the beach. Ice cream was a walk around the corner and souvenir store was across the street. Great location and clean! Thanks Michelle.

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

A top notch experience! We went for a family beach vacation and we were so happy that we chose this house! It has everything you need and super spacious for a big group, everyone felt comfortable and the cleanliness level was top as well. The best Airbnb house I have chosen so far. Our family of 7 had a great experience at the Villa in Santa Rosa Beach. The villa was spacious and clean. We loved having a heated pool right outside our door and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. There was lots of restaurants, coffee and donut shops within walking distance! Having beach chairs and toys was also a plus! Thanks you for letting us vacation at your beautiful villa!

This was a beautiful condominium. Our family enjoyed the gated complex and letting our teens roam with a sense of security.
