One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

This was an absolutely incredible stay. To start, the host was kind and responsive, and spent so much time communicating to make everything ran smoothly as well as touching base to make the stay as welcoming as possible. Secondly, there were so many incredible small touches included. Everywhere we looked we’d find a new corner with something else to make the stay more comfortable. They included things like a welcome basket and charcuterie board, an abundance of snacks and toiletries, and a personalized note congratulating us on our nuptials. They clearly went above and beyond to make this an incredible experience. Everything was clean and comfortable, with very nice accommodations and stunning views, and it was very easy to find answers to questions without even having to ask. Overall I highly recommend this place. I have never had a more relaxing and catered stay, and hope to come back in the future.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed. Debra was kind enough to offer early check-in. It was conveniently located near everything I needed, and I didn’t have to worry about shopping for essentials. She provided everything, including breakfast, which was a great touch. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything you could want in a place and appreciated the little things like the darkening curtains, beautiful backyard, filtered water, and walk in shower! The neighborhood is gorgeous with multiple spots to walk for food and Angela was a superb host :)

VERY nice place Place was remodeled, cozy, clean, tastefully appointed with contemporary furniture. All kinds of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen: plates, pans, spices, etc. AC worked well. Fully stocked bathroom: tp, towels, shampoo, etc.

Great location, cute neighborhood, I felt safe. You can hear the hums of the highway when outside but the backyard was pretty and a great spot for your morning coffee. Coffee and snacks were provided which was great. The shower water pressure was perfect, no worries about if any shampoo is left behind. I loved that pillows of varying softness were provided for the bed- very thoughtful touch. Marilyn offered an early check in which was greatly appreciated as I had an early and long travel day.

We stayed at Jan’s home in Elk Grove and had a wonderful experience. The house was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. So 24 hours before we were suppose to check into our other place the host cancelled on us. When we booked Ryker’s house they immediately got a hold of us and were very informative, which we are very thankful for. When we got to the house and when we walked into the first kitchen and we thought wow this is cozy. As we walked thru the house we were continuously amazed as the place opened up. The best part is when we got to the upstairs. The view was absolutely breathtaking. If you want a place to forget the rest of the world this is the place to stay. We will be definitely in the future staying at one of Ryker’s house.

Extremely happy with my stay. Kyle was very accommodating with my needs. I was traveling out of state and he was flexible with check in and check out so I had a place to be during the times where I needed it. He is very responsive and communicates well.
