Central apartment at top floor

Attractive apartment located very-first on Amager in classical redbrick property from 1924. Here you live centrally and with everything at your fingertips including within walking distance of Christianshavn Torv / Metro Station. (approximately 600 meters) The apartment: Beautiful and welcoming hall with access to all rooms. Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom with granite floor and white wall tiles. Bright living room with beautiful hardwood floors. An almost equally large bedroom facing the courtyard. You live on the top floor, get a little exercise by walking up to the fifth floor (or sixth if you are from the US). Please note there's no lift and 97 stairs from street level to the flat. There are plenty of shops, takeaways and coffee places in the area The apartment is easy to reach by public transportation: When arriving with train it's a 12-13 min busride with 5A og 2A from the central station. When arriving from the airport the traveltime to my apartment is around 17 min. Take the Metro and the jump of at 'Amagerbro St.' From there it's a 600 m walk.

The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Delicious topfloor penthouse-style duplex/ apartment in two levels, modern art and stylish danish design furnitures, undisturbed large privat sunny roof-terrace. Central location between the main train station and airport, very easy to get around with public transportation or using the 2 bicycles. Also quite close to the Amager Beach (no. 54 on the wolds best beaches I 2024, see the map in the photos). Flexibel check in and out times. Free public parking in the street for 3 days (need apply).

Mysig och komfortabel lägenhet i kulturkvarter!

Huset ligger i ett lugnt och kulturskyddat område i centrala Landskrona. Parkering kan göras i området, dock ej avgiftsfri utan kostar SEK2/timme dygnet runt. Lägenheten ligger på första våningen i ett tvåfamiljshus, där värdparet bor i lägenheten ovanför. Ytan är ca 74 kvm, fördelat på kök, badrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng samt två vardagsrum, varav i det ena finns en bäddsoffa. Gården lummig och inbjudande och erbjuder flera sittplatser.
