The sound of the river in the middle of 6 ha of forest, no road nearby! Hammock, trampoline, swings, sheep, goat... 10 minutes from Concarneau and the beach. No smoking, quiet after 11pm desired. Little network on site Sheets & towels €10 pers/cleaning €60 (100 if more than 4 days) Cleaning is done but will not be suitable for "perfectionist" people who look at everything in detail. Come to disconnect and enjoy this unique place;) 3 other cottages if needed: 20 people in total

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Quiet house with character, Loctudy – Lesconil

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

La maison est à 5 min de tous commerces, à 15 min des plages de Concarneau et de la Forêt Fouesnant, à 20 min de Quimper et Pont-Aven, à 30 min de Locronan et du pays de Lorient. Des brochures sont à votre disposition pour vous permettre de découvrir la région sans rien rater !

Le Moulin de Kérangoc: Moulin du XIXème.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with shower room, separate toilet and a living room-kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2-3 people. In a wooded environment, you'll have access to the mill orchard and the river (the Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds : herons, piverts, owls. And hopefully you'll fall face to face with deer.

Penty, 6 km from the sea

This pretty penty adjoining our house is ideally located in the quiet countryside but also 5 minutes from the center of Concarneau and 6 km from the beaches. The penty is ideal for family vacations. For the months of July and August we only accept requests by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide sheets or towels, unless requested by you, we charge 10 euros bedding.
