It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Das Apartment bietet jeglichen Komfort. Über Parkettboden, Fussbodenheizung, Spülmaschine, voll eingerichteter Küche, 40-Zoll HD-TV bis zur Mini-Bibliothek ist alles vorhanden. Natürlich ist kostenloses W-LAN inbegriffen. Geschlafen wird auf einem 140 cm Boxspringbett und einer super gemütlichen 130 cm Schlafcouch. Das eigene, private Badezimmer mit Fussbodenheizung befindet sich Tür an Tür zum Wohnbereich. Meine Wohnung und ein weiteres Zimmer sind durch einen Flur getrennt.

The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach (including a swim area) with its beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.
