The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.

It's Tauraka

Te Tauraka, The Landing, is a newly built, comfortable, stunning holiday home. Designed to bring the beauty of the lake throughout the home, guests are greeted with views of the lake from most rooms. The house layout is set-up for two to three families to comfortably stay, play and relax. Te Tauraka is located on the shore of Lake Okareka. The open plan living room flows across the deck to the lawn and calm waters of the lake.

House is situated on our section but it is fully self contained and private/fenced off.

Located just meters from Lake Rotorua in Ngongotaha. As a holiday destination you would have a hard time finding such a peaceful and convenient spot. Newly renovated , it's sunny, set in lovely gardens and only a short stroll to the lake and boat ramp. A great fishing, kayaking or fly fishing area, with the Ngongotaha stream only a short walk away.
