Centrally located only a short walk to the Rotorua stadium, a short drive to the redwoods, 5 mins drive or 3km approx bike ride to the waipa mountain biking tracks. Rotorua town centre and all local attractions are also a short drive away including the stunning blue lake, skyline mountain biking tracks and luge, to mention a few The unit has 2 bedrooms plus queen sofa bed in the lounge. pls see driving directions.

Plum Tree Gardens (small rustic home)

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua central. Our rustic guesthouse is set in our back garden along with our 4 chooks & our 8 year old Golden Lab Rex 🐶. The space is private and has a double bedroom with a comfy queen bed & basic ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, basic TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & ample love for our wee rustic home.

Excellent choice for solo travelers, couples, business travelers.

The Penthouse Studio at Lake Tarawera

This spacious studio apartment is set in native bush at Lake Tarawera, at the back of a lake-front property. However, it does have great views of the lake. It has one main room which includes a kitchen area, a dining room table, a lounge and beds and there's a separate bathroom. It is accessed up a flight of stairs with a laundry for use downstairs. Wifi is available. There is an outdoor patio, with comfortable furniture, sun umbrella and magnificent views across the lake to the mountain.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.
