The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Im Herzen des Oberallgäu's, von Ruhe und Natur umgeben, liegt unser neu renoviertes Bauernhaus in Alleinlage. Die im November 2024 fertiggestellte Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Unternehmungen. Zum Baden, Angeln oder Surfen an den wunderschönen Rottachsee sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Auch die Allgäuer Skigebiete erreicht ihr nach kurzer Fahrt. Auf der eigenen Terasse genießt Ihr Bergblick und könnt die Seele baumeln lassen.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In an idyllic location, the apartment is 900 meters, surrounded by picturesque nature, a 5 minute walk from Lake Rottach, in front of the impressive backdrop of the beginning "2000s" mountains. On the balcony you can enjoy the view of the hills and mountains of the Allgäu foothills. The apartment is pet-free, but around the house there are cats, chickens, sheep and bees, and various opportunities to move in the fresh air.

Cozy room for 1-2 people in Blaichach

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, etc. can be stored in the basement. A parking space in the yard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
