The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living area, and a nice sleeping area with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The private terrace overlooks unobstructed countryside views. The owner's house is adjacent but she remains very discreet or even absent.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. Ideal 2 adults, private therapeutic hot tub open year-round, outdoor, not covered, terrace. Since the bedroom is upstairs, the accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities.

The accommodation, located in a small hamlet adjoining Terrasson, enjoys tranquility of the countryside while being close to all amenities (shopping center 2 minutes away); it is ideal as a starting point to discover the region or on a stopover near the town of Brive and highways that border it.
