Pleasant and bright studio of about 28 m², on the ground floor of our house. It is quiet on the garden side. Very easy to heat in winter, and cool in summer! We have a dog, very nice, but he will be locked up so as not to disturb your arrival. The mattress and bed frame are new, the bed will be made, bath towels are provided. Parking is available nearby. Parking is available in the yard while unloading/loading your belongings.

It's a 300 years old barn in a small hamlet in the north-west corner of Aveyron. The hamlet is located at the convenient distance of many Occitanie historical and tourists sites.
