The place is ideally located. Close to the beach and essential shops. We were with our 2 children, it is close to a playground, perfect for a ride every day. Listing matches photos, well-equipped, quite spacious. The patio is a real plus with kids when it rains;)

The house and its services were up to our expectations. Anaïs was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt great in the house and found a great welcome there. We booked the day before for the next day, Anaïs was extremely accommodating.

The place was clean when we arrived. We did not lack anything during our stay. The small plus, the cleaning and the sheets included in the rental as well as the location. In addition, Bruno is very responsive when needed, so it's very easy.

Home close to the sea. Everything is there for a lovely stay. Special mention for the small courtyard which is very nice!

Very pleasant stay spent at 8 in Marie-Noelle's house The house is spacious, very clean, with a very nice exterior. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect house, and the backyard is a little oasis: very calm and beautiful with palm trees a pool bigger than it looks in the pictures, many birds come visiting. The kitchen is nice with everything we needed, the refrigerator was super big thus perfect. The barbecue outside is also nice. The area is calm and during the night you may even hear the ocean. Montalivet offers everything you need, gets a little busy around midday with the market. The beach is big and very close, good surf schools are nearby. We‘ll come back!

We had a pleasant stay, very good accommodation, very close to the station and the beach. We enjoyed a nice bike ride offered with the rental. Since we don't have a car on site, it was one of our selection criteria. Everything was perfect, whether through hospitality, accommodation, flexible hours, or messaging.

The apartment was lovely, with a stunning view of the sea. Stephanie was very responsive and provided lots of useful information and met us at the door when we arrived and when we left.

What a fabulous place! It’s stunning, has beautiful, stylish decor, with everything you could possibly need & more - I want their kitchen in my home! The outdoor areas are equally beautiful, and the children loved the large pool, there was even a basketball hoop in the garage which was a hit! We were two families of 4 adults and 3 teenagers, and there was lots of space for us to all be together, yet have our own space too. The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and was spotlessly clean. David is a fantastic host, was so friendly and welcoming, and helped us with local restaurants, renting bikes, etc. We all loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. Thank you David!

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

It is well located for cycling or walking trips, and close to the center. Bernard is a very responsive and accommodating host. Easy communication. Recommended rental!

this little house is perfect for holidays even when the weather is mixed. the bedding is spotless, the kitchen is functional, everything is thought out so that we are really good and we will come back with great pleasure
