We communicated easily with Anne-Marie before our arrival. The accommodation is at the foot of the beach, it's really convenient. We found all the necessary amenities for our baby. The city center is within walking distance and a small fairground is at the end of the beach.

We had a lovely stay at this place. The house is nice and is very well located with the beach within walking distance in 10min. My daughter was delighted with the children's area with the tipi upstairs. Fanny is a responsive and accommodating host. I recommend.

We stayed 1 week, 2 families or 4 adults and 3 children including 1 infant. The stay went well, the house is true to photos and descriptions, we enjoyed the pool almost every day, Carine was more than responsive and available to answer our questions, very friendly to the image of the house which is welcoming, warm and clean. This one is well placed to quickly access the center of La Rochelle, a large area nearby, we were able to do our shopping as soon as we arrived. I would highly recommend, thank you Carine 🙂

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Our stay at Mickaël's went very well. The house is very well located, in a quiet cul-de-sac and 5 minutes' walk to the beach! The house has many amenities. Françoise's villa is ideally placed for those who mainly want to enjoy the beach. The interior is very well equipped, we feel that the villa lives differently than via tourism. thank you Françoise, we will be back!

Perfect stay in a lovely house and a very nice area that we did not know. We explored Soulac-sur-Mer more than the Verdon but the surroundings are very pleasant The house is perfect for family holidays

The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

Lovely house on the edge of the quiet village of Sainte Marie which has a some good restaurants and is half an hour bike ride away from Saint Martin. The house is beautifully appointed and the nearby coastline is ideal for walking, swimming and watching the sunset. We loved our time here.

Lovely period house the gardens, pool and gym were ideal for us as we were an a family holiday and ages ranged from 9 months old to 70's. You definately need a car though even for going into Saintes as we found that public transport and taxis aren't available in the evenings

This cottage is very spacious and has several spaces dedicated to group activities. We came a rainy WE and thanks to all the games (chess, foosball, ping pong, darts...) we didn't get bored for a moment! The kids were delighted to find a closet full of toys and Disney DVDs. A special mention for the equipment provided (baby pot, high chair...) and the small grocery kit in the cabinets (oil, salt, pepper...). We didn't miss anything and have a great time despite the rain!
