I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jenny & Ania’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect the space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. The location was fantastic, and I appreciated all the little touches that made my stay even more enjoyable. Jenny & Ania are exceptional hosts, I highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Ian’s place was an amazing spot in Ruidoso, NM. The perfect location, minutes to the midtown area, and not far from spots like Ski Apache and Winter Park. Ian’s house is perfect for a small family like ours! The only downside is, the cleaning fee is kinda steep, and you’re responsible for removing all bedding, taking out the trash, moving all towels and linens to the downstairs laundry room. Previous AirBnb’s I’ve stayed at that require that of guests, the cleaning fee isn’t as expensive. But honestly, it wasn’t too bad, We will most definitely be back in the future, and we would highly recommend staying at Ian’s place!

Great place! Very quiet area, parking is right outside the door. Inside was very clean and comfortable. Nice balcony to check out the small creek. Just a few minutes to Inn of the mountain Gods Casino. Will stay again for sure !

Very quiet and peaceful stay! Amazing area and cozy home to rest in before going to explore. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and they responded fast! Would come here again.

Clean and cozy little condo near the main street. Had everything we needed for our short stay. My only (small) complaint is being in community of condos there wasn’t much of an area to sit and closely enjoy Mother Nature. There is the balcony that you can use to enjoy a nice view though.

Josh was very friendly and always answered all our questions and doubts quickly and accurately. The place is very comfortable and has everything to make you feel at home.

Me and my friends had an amazing stay celebrating my birthday, the house was so beautiful and clean we enjoyed everything about it and we will definitely be booking again !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this airbnb. The house has a nice layout for a large group. Most of the bedrooms were on the top level which is somewhat difficult to find in Ruidoso. My one disappointment was that there were only two towels and two wash cloths per bedroom. Two people per room for 4 nights just wasn't enough. Steven did contact me prior to our stay to ask if it was okay that the washer was not working. I told him no problem because we are all bringing plenty of clothes. However, had I known about the towel shortage I would have requested it be repaired before we arrived so we could washer the towels. Everything else was great!!!

The home was comfortable and clean. Definitely worth the price. We enjoyed our stay.

The place is beautiful, cozy, many sociable spaces, super clean, the love for interior decor is noticeable in every corner of the house, the kitchen is very well equipped, I would definitely come back.

The host was informative and proactive with anything to make your stay better! The place was large and allowed our family to spread out. The wild horses were a treat! And everything is nearby.

Great location and easy to find. It's close to shopping and a couple minutes away from Inn of the Mountain Gods. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The balcony overlooks a creek and we enjoyed watching the ducks and deer. Erika is very kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
