Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, a living and dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without any problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Welcome to our centrally located vacation home in Rülzheim in the heart of the Southern Palatinate! Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. In the local recreation area there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the town centre are about 2 km away, while the master school for audiologists and the training centre for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".

Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und eine große Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch und eine kleine Schlafcouch in der Küche, die aber auch ins Schlafzimmer gestellt werden kann. In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.
