Cosy, well situated and clean apartment

Hi guys, my cosy, well situated & clean apartment is close to the hot spots Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg & Neukölln and situated directly at the Treptower Park, for recreational reasons. Supermarkets and public transport are within walking distance, the neighborhood is quiet and clean and on my balcony you can enjoy your sun downer, chill or even fire up the grill. I am working as a freelance producer, therefore on the road a lot but always happy, to come back home to my "little retreat".

Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Das Tiny House bietet alles, was du für einen entspannten Aufenthalt brauchst: - ein gemütliches Doppelbett - eine kleine Küchenzeile für Kaffee und einfache Mahlzeiten - eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC (Kompost-Toilette) - Terrasse/Deck zum Sitzen direkt am Wasser Morgens den ersten Kaffee mit Wasserblick, abends ein Glas Wein auf dem Deck.

In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 e-charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in/out via key box.

Studio 03 | "Under the Fig Tree"

The small studio is located in the garden-side basement of a beautiful wooden hybrid building, centrally located in Berlin-Friedrichshain, between the U5 Samariterstraße and the S-Bahn stations Frankfurter Allee and Ostkreuz, near Boxhagener Platz. The room faces south to a quiet small terrace under the fig tree, pleasantly cool in summer, in winter with underfloor heating. It has its own shower room and entrance, no kitchen, but a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and oven.

The Tiny House is located in the middle of the "Kaiserliches Arbeitshaus Rummelsburg" memorial at Rummelsburger Bucht. The beautiful promenade around the bay and the Spree makes it one of the most beautiful places in Berlin. Also ideal for water sports to explore Berlin by boat or paddle board from the water. There is also a good connection by tram (250 m) to the Berlin S-Bahn network. It's a perfect starting point for getting to know Berlin at its best.
