Entspannung pur am Puls Berlins. Seit vielen Jahren genießen wir das Leben auf dem Wasser und schon immer war es unser Wunsch, auch anderen diesen Lebensstil näher zu bringen. Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

You can admire the city in the peacefulness of the water, from the rooftop terrace or the comfort of your bed. The house accommodates up to 4 people and features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two terraces and more. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Sie verfügt über 2 helle Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Einzelbetten, die zu Doppelbetten kombinierbar sind, ein modernes Bad und eine großzügige und gut ausgestattete Küche. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind immer leicht zu finden. Für Kleinkinder steht ein Hochstuhl und ein Reisebett bereit (Decken und Kissen dafür bitte mitbringen).
