Walk to the restaurants, bars, movie theater, grocery store, bus depot, train depot,Walmart. Convenience store 3 houses down. Skiing 20 mins away.

Cabin-by-the-falls

One-bedroom cabin, one double bed, for those who want tranquility. Parking at the main house and then a short walk downhill, then a level rocky trail to the cabin, which is located at a stream and waterfalls. There is a composting toilet, electricity and water. Wifi at main house, on deck, 5 mins walk. Wood burner in cabin, and propane stove in outside kitchen. A stand pipe (potable) or water from nearby stream (non-potable). There is a deck overlooking the stream with a picnic table.

This AirBnB is conveniently located along the main road, US Rte 4, Woodstock ave, the primary route from Rutland to Killington and Pico. Unit is not secluded in the woods; it is in town. Private parking. Easy access to Rutland’s downtown, restaurants, train station, and airport. Rutland and Proctor Pittsford golf courses are near by. Great spot for hikers looking to get off the Appalachian and Long Trails for a zero day. Many places to go within walking distance. Clean, cute place to stay.

River House Apartment - Dog friendly

Entire downstairs of a house with one double bed. There is nice bathroom with shower. There is a microwave, coffee, massage chair, outdoor grill and picnic table. Internet and cable provided with fire stick for the TV. Fire pit and hot tub are shared by other guests. Up to three and all size dogs or pets are allowed and welcome. The three acres has a lovely place for them to run and has been sprayed for ticks and mosquitos. Please note: key replacement $30 if lost or taken

Also, we have recently introduced a NO CLEANING FEE policy as our way of saying "Thank You" for respecting our property and guidelines.
