The house has room for 6 adults and 2 children, surrounded by spacious child-friendly garden (+play equipment and swimming pool in summer) Bike: 10 min in Hsum, car 20/30 min Utrecht/Adam.

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Very cosy studio with living room, kitchen, bathroom and High Sleeper. (Small and steep ladder). We have used vintage, antique and pre-used items for a special atmosphere and Mother Nature. A lot of privacy, close to forest, lakes and fields. Also close to city center of Hilversum. The road can be busy during rush hour! Amsterdam and Utrecht within 20 train minutes. A cosy romantic house on the water, near Amsterdam. With free parking in front of the house. Within half an hour you are in Amsterdam city. Here is a country atmosphere in the village 's Graveland. Unique is the living kitchen with a lot of light, big windows around. We live at the waterside and you see ducks and swans while you have breakfast or you are sitting on the outside terras. In the evening you love to sit by the fire place in the livingroom.
